Things to NOTE when placing orders

• Do not pour up models with bands/appliance in place. Include them separately or attached  to Rx sheet.

• Take the time to closely Inspect models/impressions and adequately disinfect prior to sending.

• Ensure models are well wrapped and protected for shipping.

• Please indicate a "due date" on each prescription.

• We suggest 5 in-house working days for most appliances. (Please consider shipping times when requesting the return date).
